General Contractor in Commack, NY

I recently moved into a house that needed some minor roofing repairs. The previous owner had a roof antenna that had fallen and damaged a few shingles that were on the edge of the roof. I had no idea who to call to do the repairs. My dad had suggested USA Remodeling. He had done several roofs for a few of my family members over the years. He also replaced all the windows in one of the houses. I called and the owner of the company, Charlie, who came by and looked at the roof. Within days the shingles were repaired. While his team was here, they also took care of sealing around the chimney. Charlie inspected my garage roof and recommend recoating it to extend it's service life. He was correct that it had not been sealed in a long time and it did in fact leak a little. Charlie and his team came back and recoated it the following week. They did everything quickly and professionally and 3 months later I am happy to say my garage roof is leak free. I am very happy with the work they did. If I need anything done in the future I will call them. The owner told me USA Remodeling does all kinds of home repairs and remodeling.

I met Charlie for USA Remolding more than 15 years ago. Over the years , Charlie and his team have replaced the roofs on 3 of our houses. The roofs were of great quality and installed quickly and beautifully. With each job, Charlie was professional and took as much time as needed to explain the process. His prices are extremely reasonable and he always responds in a timely fashion to all calls. Upon completion of the job, all debris is removed and the property is left clean and in order. Years have passed since the roofs on our properties have been installed, yet they look new and have withstood some rather strong winds. Charlie and his crew were outstanding to work with. He was punctual, polite and professional and spoke to us as people, not merely a statistic. His prices were reasonable and his work was excellent. Moreover, he completes the job promptly and efficiently. We had some raccoon damage that Charlie and his team rectified for us without incident. He also installed a complete roof system that complimented the property stunningly and will last for decades. He is thorough and explains everything in an easily digestible manner. Our home is in Ronkonkoma and we would absolutely use Charlie and his team again! Highly recommend!

They came when they said and the job was done before I got home from work and not 1 bit of mess anywhere. Charlie and USA have helped me more than once. They did my roof 12 years later a storm ripped part off they came and fixed it quick and gave me everything I needed for my insurance They also did an entire siding job on my house. Great work and Fair prices.
